Return and Refund Policy

Our Exchange and Refund Policy is as below:

• After confirmation of order, the customer will pay delivery charges PKR 800 to the courier in case of returns.
• Exchange is applicable if the hand tag has not been removed or the product has not been put to use. It can only be exchanged with the product similar to its price range.
• Exchange within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are applicable only if the item received is damaged, before or during the process of delivery. The amount would be returned as soon as we receive the particular item.
